Overview
Planning approval has been secured for Stoke Wharf, a new residential development of 312 homes located alongside the Grand Union Canal in Slough.

Slough Estates commissioned us to create the branding and visual identity for the scheme. The brief was to develop a concept that honoured the area’s industrial and canal-side heritage while showcasing the advantages of life in the wider Slough community, from excellent schools and expansive parkland to the convenience of fast connections into London.

Targeted at young families seeking more space outside the capital while maintaining access to London for work, the identity needed to balance authenticity with aspiration. The creative direction highlights both the historical character of the site and the opportunity for a fresh start within a growing, well-connected neighbourhood.

The branding has been approved and will be fully rolled out as the development enters its build phase, giving Stoke Wharf a distinctive and welcoming presence from launch onward.
