Overview
Nibsy’s is a dedicated gluten-free coffee and cake trailer, serving speciality coffee alongside a simple, handmade selection of gluten-free sweet and savoury treats, with dairy-free and plant-based options that cater to a wide range of dietary needs.

Having previously worked with Nibsy to launch their first coffee shop in 2014, I was invited to support their new venture as they took the brand out on the road. The challenge was to refresh the identity so it would work harder in busy, high-traffic environments and stand out within a highly competitive market.

The updated brand system strengthens visibility, clarity and personality, helping Nibsy’s communicate its gluten-free specialty offering instantly, even in fast-moving, outdoor settings. The result has contributed to a strong launch and positive early traction for the business as it expands into its new mobile format.
