Overview
On the Thames is a riverside restaurant offering a fusion-inspired menu shaped entirely by seasonal ingredients. With an exceptional wine selection and a warm, welcoming team, the restaurant blends culinary craft with a relaxed, contemporary dining atmosphere, all framed by uninterrupted views of the river.

I was commissioned to create a distinctive identity that captured both the location and the character of the restaurant. The concept draws directly from the rhythms of the Thames itself: the gentle ripples formed by passing boats became the foundation for the logo and wider visual language. These fluid forms express movement, calm, and constant renewal, mirroring the ever-changing, season-led approach in the kitchen.

The resulting identity gives On the Thames a sense of place and personality, allowing diners to feel connected not only to the food but also to the unique river setting that defines the restaurant.
