Overview
Temple Bar Investment Trust celebrates its 100th anniversary in 2026. In late 2020, the board recognised that the brand’s visual identity had become tired and no longer reflected the trust’s ambition or relevance to newer generations of investors. They commissioned a refresh that would modernise the brand, attract a younger audience and future-proof its appeal, while still respecting the expectations of its long-standing investor base.
Through a series of workshops with the board, we defined a new vision, mission, purpose and set of values to guide the trust into its next century. These strategic foundations informed the creative direction for the visual identity.
Drawing inspiration from the historic Temple Bar Gate, we developed a modernist interpretation of the structure, a symbol of resilience, continuity and progress. This contemporary reimagining allowed us to weave in themes of growth and forward momentum, creating a mark that honours the trust’s heritage while signalling confidence in the future.
The refreshed identity was then applied across all customer touchpoints, giving Temple Bar a clean, sophisticated and more engaging presence that resonates with today’s investors without losing the trust and familiarity built over the past century.
